Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zervees.com and any services provided by Zervees, a product studio based in Kathmandu, Nepal. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Our services
Zervees designs and builds websites, SaaS products, and e-commerce stores, and provides related design, development, and digital growth services.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal, quote, or written agreement before work begins. Those project terms take precedence over this page where they overlap.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or misuse any content. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the site at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, logos, graphics, and code — is owned by Zervees or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reuse it without our written permission.
Ownership of work produced during a client project transfers as set out in the relevant project agreement, typically once the project is fully paid for.
Client projects
Proposals and quotes are valid for the period stated in them. A project is confirmed once you accept the proposal and any agreed deposit is paid.
You're responsible for providing the content, access, and timely feedback a project needs. Delays in these may affect the timeline and cost.
Payments
Fees, schedule, and currency are set out in your project agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Third-party links & tools
Our website and the products we build may link to or rely on third-party services. We're not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.
Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zervees is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Kathmandu.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page with a revised date.
